In “160,000 Possible Love Sonnets”, we playfully explore the rigid form of the love sonnet in which the stanzas are cut apart to be reassembled by the reader. It is a flip book style poetry collection in which the reader is encouraged to create their own poem by matching stanzas together. In this book there is not 1 correct poem to be found, but rather a whole range of different poems to fit the needs, desires and love lives of the reader. It is a playful take on poetry and ownership within reading and writing. The title '160 000 Possible Love Sonnets' is based on the amount of different poems you could create with the book (20x20x20x20=160 000).
